Dr. Virginia is a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to promoting holistic healing and organizational excellence. Her professional journey has spanned outpatient clinics, hospital systems, palliative and hospice care, skilled nursing facilities, home-based services, and telehealth environments. This breadth of clinical exposure has deepened her commitment to evidence-based, compassionate care. The journey toward healing is profoundly meaningful. Dr. Virginia specializes in clinical assessment and treatment in teens, adults, and older adults with aging-related concerns, neurodevelopmental conditions (ADHD), mood disorders, PTSD, burnout, bereavement, life transitions, palliative care, addiction, and the Baldridge Framework for performance excellence. Dr. Virginia serves as a conference speaker, an abstract reviewer, and a member of the National Ethics Committee of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), appointed by the President. She has proudly served as a past board member of nonprofit organizations advancing health and children's causes. She's a contributor and author at NASW and the Journal of Neuro and Oncology Research.
